The Antico Forno, has a tradition in the production of bread which is baked in a wood oven, the use of mother paste, therefore  sourdough.
For all types of product  flatbread pizza, pizza or bread, we use different flours that are all of high quality; as indeed are all the raw materials used in the preparation of,i sweets , because the Antico Forno deals also with  fresh pastries  in addition to the wide range of the bakery confectionery products.
